Laura Huish is in her 18th year in education, first starting as a school secretary before completing her teaching degree in 2011. Laura taught 3rd through 5th grades as a general education teacher before moving into an administrative role in special education. As a general education teacher, she truly believes and understands the importance that every special education student is a general education student first. Laura is currently the assistant director of Exceptional Programs for Farmington Municipal Schools, and is the current secretary of NM Case.
